The author has been investigating for years the life and traditions of the peoples of the Nalon Valley, in Asturias, having examined thousands of documents coming from several Spanish archives. This is a compilation of those documents, and of other historical sources, that were created in the current counties of Langreo, San Martín del Rey Aurelio and Labiana. They are related in a simple and light-hearted manner, completed with some amusing drawings by his own hand.
