…In 1920, he opened a second studio in Mieres and, in 1927, a third office in Sama de Langreo which closed in 1930 due to the lack of profitability. That same year he opened another studio in Oviedo, where he settles. Being the latter destroyed in the October Revolution of 1934, in which his first wife died, he decided to move to Mieres for good. In this city, in 1940, he met his second wife and mother of his only daughter Mª Luz.
In Mieres and until his death in 1970, he developed his long and prolific professional career as a photographer of the most diverse landscapes, social events, human and professional groups and types.
