...It has an impact on us, it strikes us, it moves us. Colour forms part of the essential in our perception of the enviroment; to such extent that, by itself, it can define a landscape completely. When it has enough importance, our eyes capture in our memory its shades and shine in a way that is difficult to forget. 

The sea and the sky, fields and forests, flowers and orchards, rivers and riverbanks...The chromatic richness of Asturias, which changes seasonally, is the basis of this photographic series that long for recalling these landscapes through their colours.
